NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of March 2021 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-001845-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff and ANGELA KIDD; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY NKA TRUST BANK; CLERK OF COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY; SCOTT TRACY ENTERPRISES, INC DBA SERVPRO OF WEST ORANGE; STATE OF FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JAMES I. BARBER, JR.; RICHARD KIDD; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of May 2021 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, COUNTRY SHIRE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 94 AND 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
