NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 22, 2021, and Order resetting Sale Dated March 5, 2021 entered in Case No. 16-CA-005283 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST, as Assignee of the Plaintiff, FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and LEO E DONALDSON JR.; SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC FKA CRESTAR MORTGAGE CORPORATION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the Defendants.
