Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 6th day of January, 2021, and entered in case No. 20-CC-003558 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VILLA CAPRI ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RIVERGROVE PROPRTIES, LLC, is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24th day of March, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
APARTMENT C-8, VILLA CAPRI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 589, Pg 289, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration, Parcel.
