YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Writ of Replevin.
The action was instituted in the County Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled RICHARD M. WATKINS vs. JESSICA F. MANN, Case Number 20-CC-7080.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Joseph F. Southron, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 400 N. Ashley Drive, Suite 1900, Tampa, Florida 33602, within 20 days after the date of publication herein, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Joseph F. Southron or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiff's interest which will be binding upon you.
