NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition by Default entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain long-term occupancy agreement made by and between HOMEOWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC., and its shareholders, pursuant to a Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement, originally recorded December 17, 1986, in Official Records Book 6384, beginning at Page 1015, Pinellas County Public Records, and which was subsequently amended and restated by documents recorded in Official Records Book 9254, beginning at Page 586; Official Records Book 9302, beginning at Page 976; and in Official Records Book 9512, beginning at Page 2329, Pinellas County Public Records, and which granted to Assignor certain rights and responsibilities in connection with PROPERTY ADDRESS 857 Royal Palm Circle, Largo, FL 33778, PARCEL # 03/30/15/65684/001/8570, BLOCK 001, Lot 857 within PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK, A MOBILE HOME COOPERATIVE, by reason of Assignor's execution and delivery to HOME OWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC., of an Assignment of Proprietary Lease dated September 1, 1998, recorded in Pinellas County Public Records at Official Records Book 10245, Page 1400, and to which Assignor has had exclusive rights pursuant to said documentation.
TOGETHER WITH one (1) share of HOMEOWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC. represented by Certificate NO. 2445,
