YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, to reform a deed, and for determination of beneficiaries regarding real property in Charlotte County, Florida, which has a physical address of 5273 Forbes Terrace, Port Charlotte, Florida 33981, and is described as follows:
Lot 81, Block 1700 of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 54, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 68A of Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, Drew F. Chesanek, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before April 21st, 2021 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint.
