A Petition for Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption has been filed by Suzanne K. Shuman and Eugene E. Shuman, Jr. to Orphans' Court Division, Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, at No. 2020-1853 asking the Court to put an end to any rights you have or might have concerning the child known as Aaliyah Elizabeth Dodd, born August 30, 2010. The Court has set a hearing to consider ending your rights to your child. That hearing will be held in Court Room No. 11, Fourth Floor, of the Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will also be held via video conferencing using the Lifesize Application at https://call.lifesizecloud.com/8007864. You are warned that even if you fail to participate at the scheduled hearing, the hearing will go on without you and your rights to your child may be ended by the court without your being present.
