YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Manatee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Unit# O-30 of CITRUS GROVE ESTATES, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2082, Pages 4949-5001, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Said property having a street address of 30 Oakwood, Bradenton, Florida 34208.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Michael W. Cochran, Esq., Law Offices of Wells | Olah, P.A., Esq., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, Sarasota, FL 34236, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
