NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA-002858-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, MARY ANN WELLS AKA MARYANN ANN ALEXSON, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Stacy Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of April, 2021, the following described property:
COMMENCE 378 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE WEST 355 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET, THENCE WEST 205 FEET; THENCE NORTH 150 FEET; THENCE EAST 205 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
