NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 8, 2021, in Case No. 2019-CA-005241 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff, and Gina Lin Wynne; Poinciana Village Eight Association, Inc.; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of April, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 857, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 2, VILLAGE 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 29 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 112 Tulip Lane, Poinciana, Florida 34759.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
