NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2018CA001195000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK) AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff and JENNIFER E. ROBERTSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER E. ROBERTSON; N/K/A DAVID BRYAN CALL; SUN RIDGE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9TH day of APRIL, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, SUN RIDGE VILLAGE PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 27 AND 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
