Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2021, in Case No. 2020CA002783000000 of the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida in which CENTENNIAL BANK is the Plaintiff and BRUNO DANTAS PEREIRA and SOLTERRA RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 8, 2021, the following-described property set forth in the order of Final Judgment:
Lot 84, OAKMONT TOWNHOMES PHASE 2R, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 165, Page(s) 42 and 43, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
