Stat. ยง59.917, deposited with the Clerk of the Court of Polk County, Florida has been filed against you in the County Court of Polk County, Florida, styled ANTONIO G. MARTIN, ESQ. O/B/O MICHAEL OLENDER, MICHAEL OLENDER, CONSTANCE NEIGHBORS AND ANIUXIS PAOLA MENDOZA GUZMAN, Case No. 2019-CC-005852 and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: JOEL EPPERSON, Esquire, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 8401 J.R. Manor Drive, #100, Tampa, FL 33634, on or before 28 days from the first publication date of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
