NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure rendered on March 2, 2021 and entered in Case No 2019-SC-2110, of the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida in the above-captioned action, wherein WILLIAM R. JOHNSON is Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant and EGP ELECTRICAL & SOLAR TECHNOLOGY, LLC is the Defendant/Counter-Plaintiff, the following real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit:

Units 1901 and 1902, CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY TOWER I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of the Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1499, Page 1548 and plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County,
Florida, together with the right to use as Limited Common Elements, Parking Space Numbers 15 and 16 and Locker Numbers 1901 and 1902.

Shall be sold by the Sarasota County Clerk of Court on April 6, 2021 at 9:00 AM, to be held via online auction at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Claim of Lien, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
