NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2021, and entered in Case No. 29-2019-CA-001395 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QH6, is the Plaintiff and Susan E. Lienhart a/k/a Susan Lienhart, Reed A. Lienhart, Regions Bank, successor by merger to Amsouth Bank, Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, REED A LIENHART, SUSAN E LIENHART, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the April 15, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
