NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-008681, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY R. HOOPER A/K/A JEFFREY RANDALL HOOPER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; PEBBLE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC.; VERONICA L. HOOPER A/K/A VICKIE HOOPER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of June 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
