NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 13th day of August 2019, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-023106, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AR5, is the Plaintiff and JOSE FELIX AYALA; MARIA ROSARIO RIVERO; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of April 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
