NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2020 and an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disbursing Funds from Registry dated February 23, 2021 in Case No. 2018-CA-009238-001HC, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Tampa, Florida, in which BAY POINTE COLONY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and Gail R. Joseph, Hillsborough County Housing and Community Code Enforcement Department, and Unknown Tenant nka Angelica Bera are the Defendant(s), The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on April 27, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Building 15, Unit 1 of BAY POINTE COLONY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 17517, Page 698 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
