Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 11, 2021 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF DORCHESTER BUILDING, UNIT 104, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 18 DORCHESTER BUILDING, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4895, PAGE 1305, AS AMENDED TIME TO TIME AND ALSO IN THAT CERTAIN PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 81 AND 82, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
At public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: http//:www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19th day of April, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
