NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., on the 15th day of April, 2021, that certain parcel of real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 170, WATERFORD ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 1 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
