NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA-002416-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARBARA A. CLARK, DECEASED, et al. are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of May, 2021, the following described property:
LOT 12, MCLEOD GARDENS, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 29, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
