NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020CA-002424-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LUCILLE ANNETTE PHILLIPS AKA ANNETTE S. PHILLIPS, DECEASED, et al., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of May, 2021, the following described property:
BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST;
RUN THENCE N 89 DEGREES 47' E, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID NE 1/4, 834.84 FEET;
THENCE N 0 DEGREES 03' E 417.42 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;

THENCE N. 89 DEGREES 47' E 208.71 FEET;
THENCE S 0 DEGREES 03' W 208.71 FEET;
THENCE S 89 DEGREES 47' W 208.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
