NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 17, 2021, in Case No. 2020-CA-000756 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff, and Jacob A. Couch, Pioneer Trails I, II & III Property Owners Association, Inc. a/k/a Pioneer Trails Property Owners' Association, and Unknown Tenant #1, are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of May, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
