NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA002890CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-A8, Plaintiff and Kathleen E. Kurrupis a/k/a Kathleen Kurrupis are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 15, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK A, DEER PARK PHASE 2-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 106 THRU 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
