BEGIN 218.42 FEET NORTH, AND 3482.67 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTH-EAST CORNER OF LOT NO. 49, “LAKE PADGETT ESTATES,” AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 117; THENCE N. 88 DEGREES 53' EAST, 115.78 FEET; THENCE S 1 DEGREE 07 EAST, 130.00 FEET, TO THE WATERS OF A CANAL; THENCE, WESTERLY ALONG SAID WATERS TO A POINT THAT IS S 1 DEGREE 07' EAST, 100.00' FEET FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE N 1 DEGREE 07 WEST, 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID LOT BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 4-26-21/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
