NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2021, and entered in 51-2020-CA-001947 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is the Plaintiff and PERLA LARREA A/K/A PERLA A. LARREA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PERLA LARREA A/K/A PERLA A. LARREA N/K/A EDWARD BOBE; and AMERIS BANCORP F/K/A FIDELITY SOUTHERN CORPORATION D/B/A FIDELITY BANK are the Defendant(s). Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 13, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
