Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled cause on March 22, 2021, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Sarasota County, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged Property
Lots 7 and 8, Block 131, EIGHTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 20, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida,
the street address of which is 2510 Sheila Lane, North Port, Florida 34286.
at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 14, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
