NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020 CA 000881 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY FKA BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF VENDEE MORTGAGE TRUST 2000-3 is Plaintiff and ROD KHLEIF, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 12, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 11, LESS THE NORTHWESTERLY 5 FEET THEREOF, AND THE NORTHERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 12, PURSELL ACRES, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 53 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
