NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 22, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000147 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and ANTHONY LOPEZ, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of April 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 414, of THE TAMPA RACQUET CLUB CONDOMINIUM and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance With, and subject to the covenants, conditions. restrictions, easements. terms and Other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 3450, Page 1175, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 27, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
