NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2020, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-011615, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W2, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARCUS BENEDETTO A/K/A M. BENEDETTO A/K/A MARCUS D. BENEDETTO; SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; RADHEEKA BENEDETTO F/K/A RADHEEKA KOPYLESS; RADHEEKA BENEDETTO F/K/A RADHEEKA KOPYLESS,AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MARCUS BENEDETTO A/K/A M. BENEDETTO A/K/A MARCUS D. BENEDETTO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of APRIL, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
