HARBOR BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
Notice is hereby given that the Harbor Bay Community Development District (“District”) Board of Supervisors (“Board”) will conduct the following regular meeting (“Regular Meeting”) and attorney-client session (“Attorney-Client Session”):

The regular meeting is being held to discuss financial matters, capital improvements, and other general administration activities. Additionally, and as part of the regular meeting, the attorney-client session will be held to discuss settlement negotiations and strategy related to litigation expenditures, and in connection with the ongoing litigation entitled Driscoll, P., et al. v. Harbor Bay CDD, etc.; Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 18-CA-005045.
The regular meeting and the attorney-client session may be continued to a date, time and place approved by the Board on the record without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
The regular meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary, Florida 32746, Phone: (321) 263-0132.
The attorney-client session, which is closed to the public, is being held pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. The following persons are anticipated to be in attendance at the attorney-client session: Patricia Comings-Thibault, Michael Maurer, Ryan Wick, Tim Nargi, Dan Leventry, Michael Eckert, Lauren Gentry, Sherry Sutphen, and a Court Reporter. The attorney-client session is scheduled to begin at 8:00 p.m. but may begin at any time during the regular meeting and is expected to last approximately thirty (30) minutes, but may end earlier than expected or may extend longer. The regular meeting will continue after the attorney-client session to consider any business of the District.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that the person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
