Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2021, in Case No.: 20-CA-6546 DIV E, of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WATERLEAF OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL PAUL BISSELL and MILDRED BISSELL are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on May 10, 2021 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 41, in Block 12, of WATERLEAF PHASE 5A, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 247, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
