NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of February, 2021, in Civil Action No. 20-CC-3191 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CREEKSIDE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and AFIFA SOLIMAN MICHAEL is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 21 day of April, 2021, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 201, Phase 30, Building 30, CREEKSIDE PRESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2014000134351 and as amended as recorded in Instrument No. 2017000199327, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
