NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure signed February 12, 2021, in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Lee County, Florida, on June 14, 2021, at 09:00 AM, at www.lee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

From the Northwest corner of East Half E (1/2) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 14, Township 45 South, Range 24 East run S 1 degree 11 minutes 36 seconds E along the West line of said East half (E 1/2) for 1556.08 feet; thence run N 88 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds E for 215.76 feet; thence run N 1 degrees 11 minutes 36 seconds W for 85.83 feet to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning run N 88 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds E for 31.00 feet; thence run S 1 degree 11 minutes 36 seconds E for 36.33 feet; thence S 88 degrees 48 minutes 24 seconds W for 31.00 feet; thence run N 1 degree 11 minutes 36 seconds W for 36.333 feet to the point beginning. (Tract contains 1125.23 square feet). Bearing are from record plat of Pine Manor, Unit 6, Plat Book 12, Page 82.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
