COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, JUAN VARGAS, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on January 6, 2021 Case No: 21-CA-452.
