DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY DEAN WITTER CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2003-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-NC2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JANICE MCLAUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE MCLAUD; FOXMOOR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A FOXMOOR LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15 day of APRIL, 2021. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

STARTING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE S 89° 21'53” E ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST ONE QUARTER (SE 1/4) FOR 524.43 FEET; THENCE N 00° 38' 7” E FOR 1489.01 FEET; THENCE N 56° 01'45” E FOR 407.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE HEREIN DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE CONTINUE N 56° 01'45” E FOR 50.00 FEET; THENCE S 33° 58' 15” E FOR 92.50 FEET TO AN INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT 20.00 FEET WIDE; THENCE S 56° 01' 45” W ALONG SAID LINE FOR 50.00 FEET; THENCE N 33° 50' 15” W FOR 92.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
SAID PARCEL SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
