NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 19-CA-003286 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and D. KENT CARLYLE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A TRAVIS CARLYLE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 16th day of June, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 137, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 9, PAGE 201, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
