NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated March 23, 2021, entered in case No. 20-004423-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN CAPITAL GROUP LLC is the Plaintiff and are BARENZ INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and PINELLAS COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on MAY 25, 2021, the following-described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK 17, CONEY ISLAND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4355, PAGE 499 AND O.R. BOOK 4393, PAGE 1484, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
