Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2021, in Case No. 2019-CA-006884-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which WESMERE TOWNHOME ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE WILLIAMSON, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on July 1, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 144, VILLAGES OF WESMERE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 70, Page(s) 9 through 17, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
