VARGO; KELLY L. PRICE; ABPAYMAR, LLC; MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC.; IBERIA BANK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO CENTURY BANK A FSB A/KA CENTURY BANK, FSB are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 27, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
