NOTICE OF MEETING
AVIARY AT RUTLAND RANCH DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Aviary at Rutland Ranch Community Development District (the “District”) will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at the 6102 162nd Ave. E, Parrish, FL 34219. and via Zoom with the call-in number: +1 253 215 8782, the meeting ID: 853 1120 5442, and the password: 068819. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct any and all business coming before the Board of Supervisors.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued without further notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above may be obtained from DPFG Management & Consulting, LLC, located at 250 International Parkway, Suite 280, Lake Mary, FL 32746, at (321) 263-0132 one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
