NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-002204 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as successor Trustee to Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust, Series SPMD 2001-C, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series SPMD 2001-C , is the Plaintiff and Millard A. Peacock, Marilyn M. Drewno a/k/a Marilyn M. Peacock, Stewart Mobile Home Brokers, Inc. d/b/a Oakbrook Mobile Home sales, as a dissolved State of Florida Corporation, by and through William H. Turney, Marilyn Peacock, MILLARD A PEACOCK, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the May 24, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGIN 125 FEET NORTH AND 360 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 178 OF WAHNETA FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGES 82A AND 82B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE WEST 100 FEET THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
