Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated April 21, 2021 in case number 2020CA-003364-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and SAORI HIBI, and WATER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 25th day of May, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 197, WATER RIDGE SUBDIVISION PHASE II, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 137, Pages 46 through 52, inclusive, in the public records of Polk County, Florida
