NOTICE is hereby given that, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on the 19th day of May, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. EST, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit:
Legal Description: Lot 57, COUNTRY TRAILS PHASE THREE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 87, Pages 2-3, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, together with a 1994 SHADOW MASTER DOUBLE WIDE mobile home #146M8497A AND #146M8497B which titles are retired as provided in 319.261, Fla. Stat., and shall constitute a part of the realty and shall pass with it.
