Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2021, in Case No. 2020-CC-001369, of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in which LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JERRY BRYANT ARNETTE, JR.; JASON ERIC SMITH; and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on May 28, 2021, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 107, LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS PHASE 1D, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 164, Pages 33 through 36, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
