NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgement entered in this cause, in the County Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy Butterfield Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
Lot 95, SOLTERRA PHASE 2A1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 158, Page 50, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 21, 2021
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
