LOT 128, ORANGEWOOD VILLAGE UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE(S) 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 565 MARKLEN LOOP, POLK CITY, FL 33868; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 18, 2021 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
