NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 29, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001748-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and AZIZ A. LASSI A/K/A AZIZ LASSI; PHYLISS KELLY-LASSI; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION, SAVANNAH ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 2, 2021 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
