and any unknown parties who are or may be interested in the subject matter of this action whose names and residences, after diligent search and inquiry, are unknown to Plaintiff and which said unknown parties may claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against the said Defendants either of them, who are not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, with regard to the foreclosure of certain real property located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Unit No. 502, SUNSET HOUSE APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 302, Page 855, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on PETER HUY, attorney for plaintiff, whose address is: HUY JACOB P.A., 6060 Collier Blvd., Suite 132, Naples, Florida 34114. Your defenses need to be filed within 30 days after first publication, and file the original with the clerk of this court before service on the plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
