Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2020 CA 005072 NC on April 28, 2021 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 353, Building C, GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ONE, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1098, Pages 1606 through 1650, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 6, 6A through 6K, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on June 8, 2021. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
